B2Q Technologies warrants the factory-installed tester cables shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days, and the tester main body for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase under normal use and operation. The warranty excludes the internal 9V battery and any software provided by B2Q Technologies. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of product and is non-transferable. It is the sole and exclusive obligation of B2Q Technologies to repair or replace, at its option, any defective product that fails during the warranty period. B2Q Technologies reserves the right to inspect all defective products, which must be returned by the Buyer to B2Q Technologies warranty service center freight prepaid.
Products purchased through online auctions (this does not apply to purchases made on the b2qtech.com eStore) are not eligible for warranty coverage. Online auction confirmations are not accepted for warranty verification.
The foregoing warranty shall apply only if the product has not been subjected to misuse, unusual physical, electrical or electromagnetic stress, any type of accident, or any modifications by Buyer or any other parties. If a replacement product is provided, it will be warrantied for the remainder of the original purchase warranty period.
THE WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES CONTAINED HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY LIABILITY ARISING UNDER ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, WHICH MAY VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. IN NO EVENT SHALL B2Q TECHNOLOGIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER RESULTING FROM THE USE, MISUSE, OR INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT OR FROM DEFECTS IN THE PRODUCT. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Warranty Returns: No products will be accepted for replacement or repair without obtaining a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number from B2Q Technologies RMA requests may be requested at info@b2qtech.com. Products returned to B2Q Technologies without an RMA will not be processed, and will be returned to Buyer freight collect. To obtain warranty service, an original or copy of the sales receipt from the original retailer is required.
